Year in Infrastructure (YII) 2025 provided an exciting look at the latest advancements in infrastructure technology while celebrating infrastructure innovators and their inspirational projects from across the globe.
Bentley’s CEO Nicholas Cumins and CTO Julien Moutte kicked off the event with a keynote address that discussed how AI, open data, and geospatial intelligence are unlocking new value across infrastructure lifecycles and driving productivity gains. A panel of leading infrastructure professionals provided insights from a global survey on artificial intelligence in infrastructure, sparking thoughtful discussions on the industry’s future direction.
Industry breakout sessions allowed participants to interact with global experts on topics such as the transformation of cities, energy, water, transportation, and mining through AI, digital twins, and open data. Attendees learned about innovative approaches to infrastructure planning, design, and operations with an emphasis on resilience, sustainability, and efficient delivery.
