From 2018 to 2020, Jana led North American marketing for a sustainability consultancy. Before that, she was the editorial director of the company magazine and marketing manager at a software company.
Jana enjoys her work as a co-lead of Bentleyās OpenAbilities colleague resource group, focused on people living with disabilities. She also leads Katy Autism Support, a Facebook group with nearly 5,000 members, dedicated to families living with autism in Katy, Texas.
Eleanore Nguyen-Locke
Eleanore Nguyen-Locke is a senior product marketing manager at Bentley Systems, where she leads strategic marketing for the companyās transmission and distribution software solutions. With over 15 years of experience in technology marketing across both software and hardware, she brings industry insight and a track record of connecting innovative technologies to the evolving challenges of energy infrastructure. Her work supports utilities in modernizing the grid, enhancing reliability, and driving digital transformation to build more resilient, efficient, and sustainable energy systems. Eleanore holds a bachelorās degree in business administration and marketing from California State University, Fullerton.
Nicole Pearson
Nicole Pearson joined Bentley Systems in 2024 to lead the product and industry marketing team for energy. With over two decades at Southern Company and Georgia Power, she brings a wealth of experience across both regulated and unregulated energy markets. Nicole is passionate about the ever-evolving energy landscape and its profound impact on communities. She thrives on helping utilities navigate complex challenges by showing how technology can turn big ideas into real-world solutions.
Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Nicole makes the most of the worldās busiest airport to fuel her love of travel. At home, her creative spirit shinesāwhether sheās picking up a new instrument like the guitar or experimenting with textile arts, sheās always exploring new ways to stay curious and inspired.
Kelly Ramesar
Kelly Ramesar is a product marketing manager on the transportation team at Bentley Systems, focusing on the civil site industry and OpenSite+, Bentley’s AI-driven civil site design software. Kelly has over six years of experience in the civil engineering industry and holds a master’s degree in integrated marketing communications from West Virginia University.
Before joining Bentley Systems, Kelly worked in the traditional world of civil engineering at an ENR Top 500 firm. Kelly saw projects come to life from the ground up, understanding the complexities and challenges that engineers faced. This experience was invaluable, providing her with a deep appreciation for the meticulous planning and work required to bring these projects to completion. It has equipped Kelly with the knowledge to create effective marketing strategies that resonate with industry professionals and address their specific pain points.
In Kelly’s free time, she enjoys reading, exploring coffee shops, spending time with loved ones (especially her Goldendoodle), and traveling.
Paul Rotter
Paul Rotter joined Bentley in 2021 to serve as Product Marketing Manager. He is responsible for driving adoption of Bentleyās project delivery products. Rotter holds a bachelorās degree in English from University of Central Florida.
Neda Simeonova
Neda Simeonova is a senior product marketing manager, Water Infrastructure, at Bentley Systems. She has been involved in the water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure industry for 20 years, including as the former editorial director of Water & Wastes Digest, Storm Water Solutions, and Water Quality Products magazines where she focused on industry trends, technology advancements, and water policies.
Megan Tigue
Meet Megan Tigue. Since joining Bentley Systems in 2021, Megan has worked as a product marketing manager for our construction management and Bentley Infrastructure Cloud products. Nowadays, sheās channeling her expertise into her current role as an Industry Marketing Manager for roads and highways.
When she’s not immersed in the world of marketing, Megan enjoys spending quality time with her family, staying active, drawing, and getting lost in a good book. She’s also dedicated to uplifting and supporting her community and the people that live in it by serving alongside various nonprofit organizations.

With over 15 years of experience in product marketing across AI, SaaS, and industrial automation, he brings a passion for translating complex technologies into compelling customer stories.
Mike thrives at the intersection of data-driven strategy and creative execution, especially when aligning global teams to deliver high-impact go-to-market launches. He holds a masterās degree in music from the San Francisco Conservatory of Musicāproof that creative thinking and technical strategy can go hand in hand.
