Sandra DiMatteo is the Global Industry Marketing Director for Urban Infrastructure at Bentley Systems, specializing in Smart Cities and Smart Water software solutions. With over 25 years of experience in product and industry marketing strategy for digital solutions, Sandra serves infrastructure professionals in their quest to transform their cities with digital twin technology solutions and improve ROI on infrastructure assets by optimizing their performance. Her expertise includes asset reliability, IoT, AI-powered digital twins, lifecycle information management, and data governance.

Sandra holds an honors degree in accounting and is a Certified Reliability Leader. In 2023, she co-authored the business leadership book Embrace Industry 4.0: Architect Your Way Out of the Jungle and has contributed numerous papers and articles. She has been involved in professional associations such as the IAM and IWA and has previously served on the Reliability Leadership Institute Board of Advisors. Sandra also founded the Ontario Canada Chapter of the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals.

Residing in the Niagara region of Ontario, Sandra enjoys being close to the Niagara Escarpment to hike the Bruce Trail and explore the area’s waterfalls. Her passion for water conservation drives her volunteer efforts to protect local watersheds, promoting a greener future and a more resilient Canada.
